Complaints & Disputes

If you have a (business) dispute with me, you can contact the complaints and disputes committee of the professional association VBAG.

Pranasana is a member of the professional association VBAG. This professional association has a complaints and disputes committee to which you can report your complaint about the practice.

In case of complaints, I would like to ask you to first have a personal conversation with me to see if we can work out a solution together.

Mediation by an independent complaints officer is also possible. They can provide support in formulating the complaint or in the event of dissatisfaction and they can help in finding a solution. As a therapist, I have the right to be informed of this. Pranasana is affiliated with Quasir for this.

In addition, I am affiliated with a disputes body recognized by the government, Stichting Zorggeschil, and Pranasana falls under the independent disciplinary jurisdiction of the RBCZ.
